Comal County Residents Directory is privately operated. It describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections concerning people who live or have lived in Comal County, Texas. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with any office, court, or record custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service, or material located through it, to:

Original text, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. Linking to a page and quoting short passages with attribution is permitted; republishing entire pages or systematically copying content is not.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version here. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.
10. Restricting Access
We may block or limit access, without notice and in our discretion, for a user who violates these terms or misuses the service.
11. Governing Law
Texas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public records held by Texas governmental bodies are subject to the Texas Public Information Act, Texas Government Code chapter 552, and applicable exceptions. That statute does not make Comal County Residents Directory a governmental custodian.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
