Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. Comal County Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Nothing available through this reference or a linked third-party tool may be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.
How Current Is Information
Public rolls are corrected, offices change portals and fees, directory collections move, and digitization changes available coverage. Although we aim to keep the reference current, no detail is guaranteed at a particular time. Confirm a record with the office that holds it before relying on it.
No Legal Advice
Nothing in this reference is legal advice. It identifies record sources and describes how Comal County rolls and directories may work; it does not replace advice from a licensed attorney.
Lawful Use Required
Public rolls support transparency, not harm. Do not use information found through this reference to stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or hurt anyone. Texas Penal Code §42.072 addresses stalking and Texas Penal Code §42.07 addresses harassment; misuse can also violate federal law and these Terms of Use.
Third-Party Search Tools
Some search boxes are powered by third-party companies. We do not control their results, pricing, or handling of submitted information. Their results are not FCRA-compliant consumer reports.

No Government Records Stored Here
Comal County Residents Directory does not hold a government roll, directory volume, court file, or vital record. It points to offices, libraries, and portals that do. Obtaining, verifying, or correcting a record requires contact with the responsible custodian.
